Angie Lundy is a licensed real estate agent with over 15 years of experience, primarily serving Washington, D.C., and licensed in Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia, and Texas. Angie brings a strong, hands-on understanding of residential, multi-unit, and development-related real estate.

Angie enjoys working with both buyers and sellers, with a particular focus on complex and challenging transactions, including probate sales, pre-foreclosures, distressed properties, and other non-traditional deals. She also serves as a developer of impact-focused real estate projects, working on developments that prioritize community benefit, supportive housing, and long-term neighborhood stability. In addition to her brokerage work, Angie is the Founding Partner of Pelenti Group, a real estate community development firm specializing in community-impact and supportive housing projects. Under her leadership, Pelenti Group has been named to the Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Companies list three years in a row. She was also named in the Washington Business Journal 40 under 40 in 2021.

Angie is a U.S. Air Force veteran and former linguist and is currently a student at Georgetown University pursuing a Liberal Arts degree. She is known for her calm, disciplined approach and ability to navigate sensitive, high-stakes real estate transactions with professionalism and care.
