Rachel realized the client-centric business of real estate was the ideal place for her strengths and passion when she purchased her first home in 2018. Her organized and easy-going manner, plus her experience as a first-time home buyer, helped her to build enduring relationships with her clients. Whether you are moving up, downsizing, or investing, Rachel has shown the skills and the tenacity to make your real estate goals happen.

After 10 years in DC, Rachel is moving back South to expand the Mollaan Babbington Group into the Richmond, Virginia market, where she will be team lead. While she is getting established there — Compass opened offices in 202X -- she will continue to work closely with her team in Washington, ensuring quality service for her DMV clients.

In her down time, Rachel stays busy with her two dogs, Snoop and Birdie, and her love of yoga - she's a 300+ hour power vinyasa certified teacher! She's crazy for gardening and travel (she's been to over 30 countries!), and unwinds by playing the piano. Rachel is also PADI Open Water certified, and loves to scuba dive with her husband.

She manages a long-term rental, and has significant experience managing an Airbnb and short-term rental properties, in addition to her residential real estate knowledge. Rachel looks forward to being a resource for her clients in not only real estate, but in the many ways of enjoying their experience in these two fabulous cities.
